British Summer Time is a series of summer concerts that is the jewel in the crown of London's summer outdoor live events held in the heart of London in Hyde Park.

Set in London’s iconic Hyde Park, American Express presents BST Hyde Park has hosted many legendary headliners over the years including Celine Dion, Barbra Streisand, Adele, The Rolling Stones, Taylor Swift and so many more. Each headliner is joined by a full supporting line-up across multiple stages, from major superstars to handpicked developing acts, to entertain fans from across the UK and the world!

Your role will be scanning tickets to validate entry for customers, a simple task that is light and enjoyable. Your volunteer shift will finish in good time to get in position for the headline act and breaks will be given throughout the day.

Your 8 hour volunteer shift will start at around 11am and finish at around 7pm (TBC), giving you plenty time to enjoy the big acts of the day. We will work with you on breaks and finishing times if there is an act you are despaerate to see during the day. (Start and finish times depend on gate opening times)

As this is just a 1 day event, there will only be a £10 non-refundable admin fee to pay; the additional deposit is not required. No camping. No parking. Please note: there is no food or drink allowance for this event.

Please note: once on site at BST Hyde Park, you are required to be on volunteer shift where and when required by the Event promoter and Festaff management. You will be advised as far as possible of volunteer shift patterns, etc. in advance but we cannot be 100% accurate of all that is required until on site.
