Information Point Roles at Festivals

Information Point Steward is a fantastic way to enjoy the UK’s biggest festivals, offering a chance to meet new people, assist your fellow revellers and see your favourite artists perform without the cost of a ticket.

We’re on the hunt for friendly, personable info point stewards for a range of UK music festivals throughout the year. You’ll be helping people by offering customers information on the event which could be directions, what facilities are on site, showtimes, what diets are catered for by traders, where Lost and Found is located etc making sure attendees have as enjoyable a time as is possible so you’ll ideally love helping people, can listen and have empathy for your fellow revellers. In return you’ll get an unforgettable experience seeing behind the scenes of your favourite festivals, with plenty of time to enjoy the event itself and an opportunity to make new, likeminded friends as part of our team.

What is an Info Point?

Info Points are prominent areas at festivals, usually a well signposted structure/tent that does exactly what it says on the tin – offers info – to help the paying customers enjoy their time on site as much as possible and not have them wandering all over site trying to find their nearest water point or toilet, helping them by pointing out where they can recharge their phone or supply them with times so that they are not wondering what time the arena opens and closes each day.

Info Point Stewards keep the customers supplied with information to help their weekend go as smoothly as possible; pointing out amenities, giving directions, alerting customers to what facilities are available on site, helping out with welfare issues, and creating a happy, vibrant atmosphere. As a festival info point steward, you might be needed in a multitude of different jobs; from directing people get to first aid, to assisting people repair their tent, or helping with lost property….the list of jobs is endless.

With shifts designed with your enjoyment in mind, being an Info Point Steward is a fantastic way to see the UK’s best while making a difference to everyone who attends.
