Festaff founder Sandy Reid started supplying a small number of casual staff to T in the Park over ten years ago. Since then the client list has grown and Festaff is now involved with some 20 events each year and has some 6,000 people on its database.
We aim to offer an inexpensive way for people to enjoy the festival experience whilst at the same time providing a first class service to festival organisers throughout the UK.
We rely upon the on-going good work of our staff to provide opportunities at an increasing number of musical events. If you provide us with a good level of service we will, in turn, welcome you back each year and offer you more opportunities. Many of our staff return each year and are now firm friends of the Festaff family.
If you decide to join the Festaff team at an event you will secure a ticket for the event, a place to camp and, perhaps, a little spending money that will help subsidise your festival but being part of the Festaff team is not a money-making exercise. The work is light and enjoyable and makes you part of the group involved in staging one of the UKs premier musical events.
