Festaff Application Form

PLEASE READ THIS NOTE CAREFULLY

Before applying you must make sure you have read all the information and guidance offered in the information pack and that you fully understand it.

You must also ensure you have read and understood the bond guidelines.

Please read the notes attached to each event as it is here that you will learn about days of work, type of work, wages, days required on site and any other information you initially require.

To apply you will need the following......

• A recent passport picture (max file size 300KB) to upload when prompted.
• Funds in your Paypal account to cover the bond : £25 + £10 per event.

Successful applicants for individual festivals will be contacted at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

Festaff is ICO Licensed (The Information Commissioner's Office) Z2190492.

PHOTOGRAPHS

You will be asked to upload a photo, it will be used on your year long stewarding ID card, so ensure the photo is the same quality as you would use to apply for a UK passport or driving license.

During onsite registration your ID card will be checked to see that the photo is clear and is a good likeness. If it does not meet our acceptable standard as displayed below, you may have problems registering. Here are some examples of what is and isn't acceptable.

The photograph should be
1. Colour passport style
2. A recent and true likeness, showing the full face with no hat, helmet or sunglasses, although you can wear regular glasses.
3. Taken against a plain, evenly lit and light background
4. Warning: Black and White photographs and those not in the above format will be rejected!
Incorrect photos will result in your application being rejected
